Service availability may vary depending on country, carrier, provider and supported platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.

Users are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials secure
• Maintaining accurate account information
• All activity performed through their account
• Immediately reporting unauthorized account access

4. Acceptable Use

Users must use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Successful SMS/OTP delivery cannot be guaranteed for every service.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their intended use complies with the third-party platform’s rules.
• We do not guarantee that a particular number will remain available for a specific period unless explicitly stated in the applicable plan.

6. Payments and Billing

• Paid services require payment according to the displayed pricing.
• Prices may change from time to time.
• Users are responsible for applicable charges.
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
• Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of service.
• Charges and refunds are subject to our separate Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. Service Availability

NonVoIPService aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Network problems
• Carrier or provider issues

9. Third-Party Services

NonVoIPService may depend on third-party providers such as payment processors, SMS/carrier providers, hosting or infrastructure providers and external platforms. Users may also use NonVoIPService numbers with third-party websites or apps.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. NonVoIPService is not responsible for those third-party terms, practices or decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

The NonVoIPService website, branding, logo, software, design, text, graphics and other original materials are owned by NonVoIPService or its licensors. Users receive a limited right to use the Service according to these Terms.

Users may not:

• Copy the website
• Reproduce the branding
• Reverse engineer the software
• Modify or redistribute the platform
• Use the Service to create a competing service
• Remove proprietary notices

11. API Usage

If API access is provided, users must:

• Not share API credentials publicly

• That third-party platforms will accept or support a number

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NonVoIPService will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from:

• Their violation of these Terms
• Their unlawful use of the Service
• Their violation of third-party rights
• Their misuse of the Service

16. Privacy

Use of the Service is also subject to the NonVoIPService Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

NonVoIPService may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page.
