Acceptable Use Policy for NonVoIPService Numbers
Numbers, wallet credit, and the API are for lawful account checks you are allowed to perform. This page restates the acceptable-use rules in the terms of service. If the two ever differ, the terms control.

Allowed use
You may order a number that is in stock, receive the SMS on your account, and enter the code on a service whose rules allow that number. Teams may do the same through the API with their own key.
You are responsible for the third-party platform’s rules as well as these terms. A listing in the catalog does not mean that platform has endorsed the number.
Prohibited use
The terms prohibit fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, impersonation, unauthorized access, hacking, malware, spam, harassment, and circumventing security or verification systems. They also prohibit activity that breaks the law or that is meant to overload this service.
Do not use a number to take over an account you do not control, to send bulk unsolicited messages, or to hide abuse. Accounts involved in prohibited activity can be suspended or closed.
Payments and numbers
You pay the price shown at checkout from your wallet. Prices change with the catalog. A number is subject to availability, may be rejected by the destination app, and is not guaranteed to stay assigned after the purchased window unless the plan says so.
Refunds follow the refund policy and the order lifecycle. A short-term timeout with no SMS returns the charge to the wallet. A delivered code is not refunded as unused.
How to ask a question
Email [email protected] or use the Telegram support channel linked on the contact page. Include the order id if you have one. Do not include SMS codes, passwords, or API keys.
Questions
Is this a separate contract?
No. It summarizes section 4 of the terms of service and points to the refund policy. The terms page is the binding text.
Can I verify an account I do not own?
No. Unauthorized access and impersonation are prohibited.
What happens if a number is blocked by an app?
The app’s decision stands. A short-term order with no SMS can be returned to your wallet under the timeout rules. The app is not required to accept a replacement number.
Who do I contact?
