Telegram SMS Verification with a US Number
Telegram can send a login code by SMS. You can order a US number for that only when the catalog lists Telegram. Telegram chooses whether the message is sent.

Match the catalog row
Search pricing for Telegram and a US number type. The row shows the current price. A different service on a US number will not receive Telegram’s text just because the country code is +1.
Short-term is for one code. Choose a rental if you expect Telegram to text the same number again before the rental ends, and only if that duration is in stock.
Read the code in your account
After the wallet charge, copy the number from the dashboard into Telegram and request SMS. The incoming message, when the route delivers it, shows on that order. You enter the code in Telegram.
Developers can place the same order through the API. The API uses the same catalog and the same rule that delivery is not guaranteed.
When Telegram does not send SMS
Telegram sometimes offers an in-app code, a call, or a wait. Those paths are Telegram’s. If no SMS reaches the order before a short-term timeout, the charge returns to the wallet under the lifecycle rules.
Do not paste the code into a chat with a stranger, and do not send it to support. The code is for the Telegram screen you opened.
Questions
Is Telegram always available for US numbers?
No. Availability changes with stock. If the pricing search has no Telegram row, you cannot order it.
Can I keep the number for later Telegram logins?
Only during a rental you bought, and only while that rental stays active. A one-time order is not a permanent Telegram number.
Will support enter the code for me?
No. Support does not take SMS codes, passwords, or API keys.
What does a failed order cost?
If a short-term order times out with no SMS, the wallet charge is returned under the timeout rules. See the refund policy for other cases.
