How to Receive an OTP Without a SIM
You can receive an OTP without putting a SIM in a phone by ordering a number that delivers the text to your NonVoIPService account. That is still a phone number in the catalog. It is not an eSIM and it is not a guarantee the app will accept it.

The steps
Create an account and add wallet credit. Open pricing and choose the country and service that match the site asking for a code. Place the order, copy the number into that site, and read the incoming SMS in the dashboard. Developers can do the same steps through the API documented at the API docs.
Interest in “receive OTP without a SIM” in keyword tools is an estimate. It does not tell you whether a given app is in stock.
What this is not
An eSIM is a digital profile installed on a phone that supports it. A NonVoIPService order does not install a profile and does not give you a carrier plan. The comparison is on the eSIM versus SMS number page.
A VoIP softphone is also a different product. Many apps reject those ranges. Read the VoIP comparison before you assume any internet number will work.
Limits you should expect
The text can be delayed or never sent. A short-term order with no SMS times out at about 20 minutes plus a 3-minute grace and returns the wallet charge. You may only request a code for an account you are allowed to use. Buying a number to enter someone else’s account is prohibited.
Questions
Do I need a phone to read the code?
You need access to your NonVoIPService account. The SMS appears in the dashboard or API response. You do not install a SIM.
Is this the same as an eSIM?
No. An eSIM is installed on a handset. This order only receives SMS for the window you bought.
How fast does the OTP arrive?
When the route has stock and the app sends the text, it shows up on the order. There is no published delivery-time promise.
What if I need the number again tomorrow?
A temporary order ends with its window. Rent a longer duration if that row is in stock and you still need the same number.
