Privacy Policy

How NonVoip Service collects, uses, and protects your information. Last updated: July 19, 2026.

1. Who we are

NonVoip Service ("we", "us") operates nonvoipservice.com (including legacy redirects from app.nonvoipservice.com), providing real non-VoIP phone numbers for SMS verification. Questions about this policy: [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Account data: email address, hashed password (or Google sign-in identifier), and optional profile details you provide.

Transaction data: wallet top-ups, order history, and payment references from our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers or crypto private keys.

Verification data: the services you order numbers for, assigned numbers, and the SMS messages delivered to those numbers during the order window.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage logs collected for security, fraud prevention, and rate limiting.

3. How we use your information

We use your data to provide the service (provisioning numbers, delivering OTPs, processing wallet billing and automatic refunds), to secure accounts and prevent fraud or abuse, to provide customer support, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics, where used, is aggregated and does not build advertising profiles.

5. Data retention

SMS messages received on order numbers are retained only as long as needed to display them in your dashboard and resolve disputes. Account and transaction records are kept while your account is active and as required by law. You may request account deletion at any time.

6. Data sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers required to operate the service (carrier route partners, payment processors, hosting providers) under contractual confidentiality, or when legally compelled.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting [email protected]. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
