How NonVoip Service measures OTP delivery
What the 99.2% figure means
99.2% is the share of completed orders on recommended USA-1 and USA-2 routes where an SMS arrived in the dashboard before the order timeout, over a rolling 90-day production window. It excludes orders the customer cancelled, routes the dashboard did not recommend, and confirmed upstream carrier outages.
We do not publish a live sample size here because order volume fluctuates. The commercial control is pay on delivery: if the code does not arrive in the order window, the wallet is credited automatically. See the refund policy.
What it does not mean
It is not a promise that a specific app (WhatsApp, Google, PayPal, and others) will accept a given number. Platforms run their own line-type and fraud checks. A delivered SMS can still be unused if the app rejects the number after the text arrives.
It is not an average across every catalog slug or every country pool. Long-tail apps and non-recommended countries are omitted from this benchmark on purpose.
How to read a service page
Keep-list brand pages describe platform-specific failure modes. Catalog-only (noindex) pages exist so you can still order a number; they are not ranking articles. Browse all services or a category hub.
